MachModel Technology Co., Ltd. focuses on the development of machining quotation / cost-estimation base models, mold quotation / cost-estimation base models and related software, covering quotation and cost-calculation services for metal-forming molds (stamping and die-casting molds) and plastic-forming molds (injection molds). Combining deep industry experience with data-analysis technology, we build intelligent quotation models and tools that help manufacturers complete mold pricing and machining cost calculation quickly and accurately — greatly improving consistency and efficiency.
Today, the injection mold quotation model (injection mold pricing software/system) is in customer use with positive feedback. Meanwhile, the machining-hour model (machining precision-calculation system) is in internal testing, further completing our quotation technology portfolio.
Our founding team has thirty years in the industry and spent years developing proprietary underlying algorithms. A machining quotation model / software / system developed for mechanical processing. It automatically calculates machining hours and costs from part features and processes, providing accurate data for R&D evaluation, quoting and cost calculation of machined products.
